Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Transformation Academy 

  • Lead and strengthen school-wide behavioral supports aligned with The Children’s Guild’s behavior motivation model

  • Supervise, mentor, and train behavioral staff while ensuring compliance with state and district regulations

  • Collaborate with educators, IEP teams, families, and community partners to support student success

  • Develop, monitor, and guide effective behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs

  • Serve as a key behavioral resource across the school community, supporting students, staff, and families

DC – IEP Coordinator
The Children’s Guild DC Public Charter School 

  • Lead and oversee the full IEP process for all students, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and LEA requirements

  • Manage IEP development, reviews, records, and special education data across the school

  • Partner with teachers, school leadership, and families to support effective service delivery and student outcomes

  • Facilitate IEP meetings, staff training, and implementation of instructional accommodations

  • Support student placement decisions and oversee IEP-based accommodations during state testing

NP Transformation – Director of Academics

  • Lead academic programming using Transformation Education (TranZed) to prepare students for life beyond graduation.
  • Oversee curriculum, instruction, assessments, and alignment with MSDE standards.
  • Coach and supervise teachers; design and lead professional development and learning communities.
  • Use data and classroom observations to strengthen instruction and support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the principal to support IEPs, evaluations, and overall school success.
  • Master’s degree required; Maryland certification and experience with ASD and life-skills–based programs preferred.
