All Children’s Guild Alliance’s schools are currently providing distance learning with some students receiving support and services on campus at our schools in Baltimore, Prince George’s County, and Washington, DC. Admissions

Charter & Contract Schools

The Children’s Guild DC Public Charter School (K-8) and Monarch Academy schools in Annapolis (Pre-K–5), Glen Burnie (K-8), and Laurel (K-8) provide a transformation education model for academic success. 

Special Education Schools

Our special education schools are for children and youth ages 5-21 with behavior-disordered, autistic, and/or have multiple disabilities who reside in Maryland and Washington, DC. 

Monarch Preschool College Park

Opening in later 2020, our new preschool in College Park, MD,
provides high-quality, project-based learning programs for children aged 3-5.

TranZed Academy for Working Students (TAWS)

This successful program for
high school seniors in
Montgomery 
County offers students who have paying jobs a flexible and supportive path toward career and college.

TranZed Apprenticeships

We offer apprenticeship programs in the Mid-Atlantic including in IT, Digital Media, and Cyber Security with on-the-job and project-based training plus classroom instruction. 

Behavioral Health Services for Children and Families

Our psychiatrists and counselors work with children and their families to address emotional and behavioral needs in our Baltimore clinic or in select Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Howard, and Prince George’s counties public schools.

The Guild Academy: Therapeutic Group Homes

Modeled after a private boarding concept, our therapeutic group homes are located in residential areas in Baltimore serving adolescence ages 12 to 18 with a minimum I.Q. of 70. 

Treatment Foster Care

Our innovative foster care program serves children from birth to age 21 in Maryland who are emotionally disturbed and/or delinquent that cannot be served effectively in a traditional setting.
