Monarch Preschool College Park is a high-quality, project‑based learning pre-kindergarten for children ages 3‑5. A place where care is not passive—where spaces, curriculum, and teachers are all active, engaged, and help children apply their learning to real-world issues.
Behavioral Health Services
Our psychiatrists and counselors work with children and their families to address emotional and behavioral needs in our Baltimore clinic or in select Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Howard, and Prince George’s counties public schools.
Treatment Foster Care
Our innovative foster care program serves children from birth to age 21 in Maryland who are emotionally disturbed and/or delinquent that cannot be served effectively in a traditional setting.
