Dr. Tanna C. Jackson is a seasoned educational leader with 23 years of experience in special education and a decade of dedicated service with The Children’s Guild. She currently serves as Director of Special Education & Compliance, where she leads compliance initiatives, staff development, and program implementation to ensure equitable access and support for students with disabilities across multiple campuses.

Throughout her career, Dr. Jackson has been committed to advancing inclusive practices, mentoring educators, and empowering families to advocate for their children. Her leadership has shaped innovative professional development, strengthened special education compliance systems, and fostered collaboration between general and special education teams.
