IT Helpdesk Manager

Sue-Ann Lenoir holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Los Angeles.

Sue-Ann began her journey in information technology at EarthLink, a prominent competitor to AOL during the rise of instant messaging. Over the course of her career there, she advanced to the role of Project Manager, collaborating with developers to enhance CIS, the company’s client portal. She also authored and maintained user manuals and led training initiatives to ensure staff were proficient with newly released features.

Following her time at EarthLink, Sue-Ann was recruited by MySpace.com, then the leading social networking platform and key competitor to Facebook. While at MySpace, she played a key role in maintaining the platform’s safety and integrity by ensuring compliance with service agreements and closely monitoring user activity. She was instrumental in identifying and addressing a wide range of online threats, including cyberbullying, identity theft, right-wing extremism, and child exploitation.

Even as she stepped away from the workforce to focus on raising her children, Sue-Ann continued her commitment to service. She supported the administrative team at Imagine Charter School and actively led within the PTA, serving as Parliamentarian, Treasurer, and Events Manager until her children graduated.

Sue-Ann plays a vital role in supporting children, families, staff, and the broader community through her work as Help Desk Manager at The Children’s Guild. In her current role, Sue-Ann is committed to delivering exceptional support to staff, empowering them with the tools, technology, and assurance they need to provide high-quality instruction and mentorship to students. Her work ensures that the mission of The Children’s Guild—preparing young people to thrive as productive and engaged members of society—remains at the forefront.
