As the Manager of Executive Affairs, Sean specializes in creating and maintaining systems that help TCG staff and programs serve our communities. Driven by a strong Human Resources background developed in TCG and Carroll County Public Schools’ HR departments, he is passionate about building relationships with staff and helping them grow professionally.

Sean joined The Children’s Guild in 2021. Most recently, he worked in the Compliance Department, overseeing staff contingencies and conducting audits with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies throughout the organization. Sean works directly with the Chief Executive Officer in his current position, supporting TCG’s daily operations and strategic planning. He is also an active member of TCG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Council and serves as Chair for the Council’s Recruitment, Retention, and Employee Engagement Subcommittee.

Sean earned a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Akron. He is currently working towards his professional certification through The Society of Human Resource Management.
