Rae views her work in compliance and continuous improvement as a direct link to the quality of care and services that help students succeed.

Since joining The Children’s Guild as a speech and language pathologist at the Baltimore and Prince George’s nonpublic school campuses, she has moved into her current role which supports initiatives throughout the organization.

Rae previously served as a speech language pathologist and related services manager at a local nonpublic school and mental health organization for 15 years. 

She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech-language pathology from Loyola University Maryland, where she currently serves as an adjunct professor.
