Maurice brings extensive experience and a creative mindset to the role of managing all of The Children’s Guild and Monarch campuses, including group homes. He believes in delivering quality customer service to those he serves and supporting his team members in reaching their full potential.

Maurice has over 20 years of experience in leading the youth ministry at the church he attends along with developing a team of adult leaders and curriculum for the ministry. His experience with youth also includes co-creating and developing the InVenters STEM non-profit program, which engages youth in STEM projects and experiments and introduces them to professionals in various fields.

Maurice also has 25 years of experience in the field of design and construction while working at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He brings this knowledge and training to The Children’s Guild with the goal of implementing new processes that will enhance systems already in place. He uses these strengths, along with leadership skills developed during his time in the Navy, as he manages the maintenance team of FOMD for The Children’s Guild.
