With a strong drive for success and a background in Business Management, Laura opens the lines of communication between clients, customers, and business to meet the needs of each project.  With more than 12 years in both the public and private sectors,  Laura has experience in management consulting, team building, human resources, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Laura brings a strong passion for healthy leadership and relationship-building, with a CAPM certification received through the Project Management Association, PMI®.

Laura is responsible for managing operations related to apprenticeships (Tranzed Apprenticeships) and work-based learning programs (TranZed Academy for Working Students (TAWS)) and assist the team to obtain the goals and objectives for the departments and overall strategic plan for the organization.  Laura fosters working relationship with all stakeholders including employer clients, strategic partners, apprentice and work-based learner clients, staff, leadership, vendors, and external professionals while projecting a positive image to the community. And providing them the necessary resources for them to maximize their success in school and after.
