Gregory Jordan is passionate about empowering the less fortunate to achieve their goals and dreams through various outreach, mentoring, and training programs.  As The Children’s Guild Talent Acquisition Manager, Gregory brings a wide-ranging experience with over 15 years in organization restructuring, overhauling processes, and retaining teams to eradicate inefficiencies and improve logistics and operations.

In addition, Gregory has a background as a professor in higher education extending to previously serving roles within marketing and finance and philanthropy & partnerships.  Gregory has always been committed to improving recruitment and training-policy/procedure development, youth placement, and career training.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in Finance & Marketing and a master’s degree from North Carolina State University in Non-Profit Management. He currently serves as an adjunct professor.
