As the Manager of Organizational Compliance and Process Improvement, Sean focuses on enhancing compliance initiatives and driving continuous quality improvement in operational processes. He’s passionate about building systems that help TCG staff and programs better serve our communities, leveraging his strong background in Human Resources and Compliance through his experience at The Children’s Guild and Carroll County Public Schools.

Sean joined The Children’s Guild in 2021. Most recently, he worked directly with the Chief Executive Officer as the Manager of Executive Affairs, where he streamlined TCG’s daily operations and supported the organization in achieving strategic planning goals. He is an active member of the organization’s Risk Management team and currently serves as the co-chair of TCG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Council, where he strives to foster a safe and inclusive environment for all staff, students, and families.

Sean earned a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Akron and is professionally certified through The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
