Patricia Williams joins The Children’s Guild as a Human Resources Business Partner, Director, bringing over 15 years of experience across healthcare, nonprofit, behavioral health, and Fortune 500 organizations. Known for leading with both insight and empathy, she partners with executive leadership to align talent strategies with organizational goals—fostering cultures where people, performance, and purpose thrive.

Throughout her career, Patricia has successfully led workforce initiatives that strengthen engagement, enhance leadership capability, and support organizational growth, while navigating complex, multi-site environments. Her experience includes roles with Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group, Amazon Air, Sodexo North America, and Save the Children.

She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park. Originally from Stamford, Connecticut, she relocated to Maryland in November 2022 and continues to acclimate while building a deeper connection to the community she now calls home, and looks forward to supporting the organization’s mission and the meaningful work ahead.
