We’ve made some changes to how we handle marketing services. Below are some common questions and answers to help guide you through these updates.

What’s happening with Sharon G. Donatelli’s consulting role?

Sharon is now a partner at Think Systems, Inc.
As of December 1, 2024, she will continue supporting her current school programs through FYE25 under this new affiliation.

How is marketing support changing?

Starting January 1, 2025, TCG Marketing will take over most marketing services in-house.
CSG Creative will no longer provide general marketing, PR, media relations, or public relations manager services.

What marketing services will TCG Marketing manage?

TCG’s marketing team (Liesa Ross, Mary Lankester, Stacy He) will now handle the following services:

  • Copywriting and editing
  • Photography/videography and editing
  • Social media management and reporting
  • Website updates and reporting
  • Graphic design and production

How do I request marketing support?

What are the lead times for marketing requests?

    Make sure to submit your requests early! Here are the minimum lead times:

    Service Lead Time
    Website updates 1–2 days
    Social media 2 days
    Copywriting/editing 2–5 days
    Translation 1–2 days
    Design work 2–3 weeks
    Photography/videography 1–3 months
