A lifelong learner, Dr. Webster is dedicated to the education and well-being of all students, families and the communities in which they live.

In her role as principal, she is guided by the whole-child approach to ensure positive outcomes. Dr. Webster works daily to support students and their families by providing a quality instructional program, ongoing collaboration with all stakeholders, effectively managing daily operations, maintaining a positive culture and climate and fostering the professional growth of staff.

Dr. Webster has over 20 years of teaching and administrative experience. She understands the impact trauma, poverty, marginalization, cognitive, and socio-emotional needs have on a student’s ability to achieve and works to support students in overcoming the impact of these factors.  

Dr. Webster is a graduate of Morgan State University, The Ohio State University, Loyola College, and University of Phoenix. She holds an MSW, M.Ed, and Ed.D in Educational Leadership.

Prior to joining The Children’s Guild, Dr. Webster was an Administrator I Intern Supervisor in the Education Specialties Department at Loyola University of Maryland.
